Service guarantees
All our pieces have a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to pieces purchased both at one of our distributors' stores or through our website. Please note the following:
- You must present your purchase receipt and it cannot have exceeded the 3-month validity period for warranties.
- Damages must not be due to improper use, accidents, or natural deterioration of materials.
- The piece cannot have been modified or altered by a third party.
To resolve any warranty claim, please write to us at info@luisalopezjewelry.com. In the subject line, please include "Warranty (your name)". It is important that you send us photos of the product or the invoice number; we will contact you within the next 2 business days to inform you of the next steps.
